I'm a Loan Consultant with over 20 years experience in the real estate industry, and over 13 years experience in the mortgage lending business.  I became a Loan Consultant to educate my clients on their options and help them find the BEST solution for their financial needs.  While I strive to get the best loan possible for my clients, I believe my commitment goes far beyond this.  I take into consideration my clients' short AND long term goals, and counsel them on all their options so that they understand the process and can make informed decisions.  I don't look at my clients as just another file - I work very closely with everyone involved in the transaction and keep the client involved every step of the way.

It’s always a good feeling to help people find a loan that will enable them to reach their housing goals, whether that means buying a home, lowering their current rate or payment, using their equity to finance other goals.  However, I think my favorite scenario is helping someone buy their first home – sharing in their excitement while doing my part to make the transaction as stress-free for them as possible.

I firmly believe in creating strong personal relationships with my clients and fellow professionals.  Most of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients, which I feel is a testament to the relationships I form. It's a great feeling to know that so many people have come to trust and rely on me for advice, and that they feel I'm worthy of their future business and referrals.  My goal is to continue to provide the personal & professional service that my clients expect and deserve, and keep striving to find ways to improve upon that service.

Interests:

Rafting - I co-host an annual rafting trip for the local real estate professionals - call me for details!

I enjoy community service activities such as helping the Grass Valley Downtown Assoc. with cleanup of the downtown area, painting of Habitat for Humanity homes, assisting S.Y.R.C.L. with river cleanup, helping out with the beer/wine booths at the Fairgrounds and downtown events.

I also enjoy horseback riding, auto repair, time with friends and family.
